Chicken Wings:
- 4 lbs chicken wings cut into drumettes and flats
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (NOT soda)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Pinch of cracked pepper
Hurricane Bob’s Hot Sauce:
- 1 part unsalted butter, melted
- 2 parts Hurricane Bob’s Hot Sauce (Cajun Dew or Inca Gold)
- Add honey to desired sweetness
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Combine the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper
- Toss wings in the baking powder mix until evenly covered
- Place hot wings on foil lined baking sheet
- Bake for 30 min and then turn until golden brown (15-20 min more)
- Toss the baked wings in the Buffalo Sauce Mixture
- Dip in ranch or blue cheese dressing as desired
