Inca Gold Hot Sauce

Chicken Wings:

  • 4 lbs chicken wings cut into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (NOT soda)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Pinch of cracked pepper

Hurricane Bob’s Hot Sauce:

  • 1 part unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 parts Hurricane Bob’s Hot Sauce (Cajun Dew or Inca Gold)
  • Add honey to desired sweetness

Cooking Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Combine the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper
  • Toss wings in the baking powder mix until evenly covered
  • Place hot wings on foil lined baking sheet
  • Bake for 30 min and then turn until golden brown (15-20 min more)
  • Toss the baked wings in the Buffalo Sauce Mixture
  • Dip in ranch or blue cheese dressing as desired
